At pamper parties by Beth it's our job to do our best at making your child's birthday as perfect as it can possibly be so with that we ask that you read and agree with our terms and conditions when booking a party with us. 

When booking a party with us we always recommend that all bookings are made a minimum of 2-4 weeks in advance when possible to avoid disappointment of us being fully booked on the day and date you wanted. On the booking of the party we must request a £30 non-refundable deposit that is taken to cover all cancellation costs if needs be, if there is no cancellation before the party the £30 deposit will be taken off your final payment on the day of the party. We do ask that you give 48 hours notice when possible of a cancellation and any other costs such as tolls, congestion charge or parking down your road which we encounter on the day will be added to your final payment . 

We allow a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 guests for each party, the birthday girl included within the maximum of 12 guests. For each party we normally give an estimate of 2 hours for the duration, this is depending on what party package chosen as some require more time than others and also the amount of children attending, this will be discussed on the booking of the party. We always request that a minimum of 30 minutes is provided for the host's to arrive before the start of the party to ensure the room is set up ready for the birthday girl and her guests. We are reliable, on time, professional and go above and beyond to make sure each and everyone of our parties is one to remember. 

With each and every party booked with us we ask that a parent or carer of each child attending fills out one of our consent forms that are provided on the back of each party invitation and then returns it to the bookee of the party or brings along to the party with them, failure to do so will result in no treatments given to the child without a consent form. This is to protect the child from any reactions to products and to protect us as a company. Pamper parties by Beth are not responsible and will not be liable for any reactions if a treatment has been given consent to be proceeded with and we kindly ask for you to ensure that any pets or small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury. 

For each and every party booked we do kindly for the bookee of the party to provide comfortable and adequate space to ensure the pamper party treatments can be applied correctly and safely. Depending on how many children are attending the party we may ask for you to provide a couch or table and chairs for the guests of the party to have their treatments applied but we do insist that the bookee takes full responsibility in protecting their belongings and covering any carpets, sofas or furniture if needs be. 

Upon booking a pamper party by Beth we kindly ask that you acknowledge, understand and accept all of the above.
